The participants/group agree to the REGISTRATION & BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR THE KPM EXPERIENCES listed below by booking and paying.
- 1. Reservations and bookings
Reservations are not possible.
Short-term bookings are not possible. For our exclusive experiences, a booking notice of at least 14 days is required. Our public experiences can be booked shortly before the start of the respective date. In order for the public experiences to take place, a minimum number of participants must be four people. If this is not the case, customers with already booked tickets will be informed by KPM Berlin of the cancellation 48 hours before the respective public experience.
The final number of participants for exclusive experiences must be communicated to us ten working days before the booked date; After that, no more free changes are possible.
For exclusive XL tours through our exhibition area, a maximum of one travel companion/bus driver will receive free participation for every 15 participants.
2. Payments
Payment for booked tickets for experiences at KPM Berlin is made exclusively online via credit card, PayPal or instant bank transfer.
Payment on site is not possible.
The KPM experiences must generally be paid for by the customer before the respective experience begins.
Any additional costs/recalculations incurred (see 3. Delay) will be subsequently invoiced to the customer by KPM Berlin and must be paid promptly.
3. Delay
If the participants/group are up to 20 minutes late and are not there at the booked start time, there is no entitlement to an extension of the experience time or the missed time cannot be made up.
If the participants/group are more than 20 minutes late, the booked experience will not take place and there is no entitlement to a refund or a free catch-up date.
If the participants/group exceed the booked, fixed duration of the experience and do not follow the workshop leader's instructions, 10% of the booked ticket price will be charged retroactively for every 15 minutes of unplanned extension.
4. Date changes and cancellation conditions
The date can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 10 working days before the experience. If you cancel later, we will charge a fee of 50% of the total amount of the booking, which will be offset against the credit. Cancellations made up to 24 hours or less before the booked date can no longer be considered and the booking amount will not be refunded.

Tickets for an experience canceled by KPM Berlin will be converted into a voucher and can only be used for a date on the same tour or workshop at KPM Berlin. The voucher is valid for one year and cannot be used in the KPM stores or in the KPM online shop to purchase porcelain or merchandise.
5. Inspection of the exhibition area
Groups of three or more people are required to register with KPM Berlin before their visit and book one of our exclusive tours. Groups of three or more people are not permitted to visit the KPM exhibition area without being accompanied by one of KPM's own guides. This is the only way we can coordinate all groups who want to visit our exhibition and avoid a high volume of visitors in the premises. Groups that stay on the KPM Berlin premises without registering can be expelled from the building by KPM Berlin employees. The house rules of KPM Berlin apply.
