Germany : €6.95 – free for WEISS customer club members with orders over €250

Austria: €6.26 – free for WEISS customer club members with orders over €250

Other EU countries : €5.95 excluding VAT

Switzerland : €39.95 – for WEISS customer club members €29.95; excluding VAT and import duty

Outside the EU : on request

For partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process and ship orders during our regular business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8am to 3pm, excluding public holidays.

We deliver porcelain pieces that are available from stock in the factory within Germany from Monday to Friday in 2 to 5 days. The standard delivery time abroad is between 5 and 10 days. Decorated porcelain is customized at your request in our master painting department, i.e. made especially for you, and therefore has a longer delivery time. This depends on the number of pieces, the level of difficulty of the decoration and the workload of our porcelain painters. The availability and exact delivery time of your items are shown on the product pages of the KPM online shop.

DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping information by email. You can also view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. If promised delivery times cannot be met, we will inform you immediately.

As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive an email notification with the DHL tracking number. You can check the shipment status via the link after DHL GoGreen has picked it up.

Deliveries with a higher number of pieces or higher weight may be split into several packages. Please ensure that you inspect the goods in detail upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage to the product, please contact us at onlineshop@kpm-berlin.com or by phone at 030 232 560 480.

The KPM Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin is aware of its responsibility and therefore only ships climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

RETURNS

All orders can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days . Please use the original box to return the goods to us complete, in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition. Pack the shipment in the parcel together with the completed return slip and use the enclosed return label for the free return shipment.
