Now the sun is rising! Just in time for spring, KPM Berlin is launching the Heritage Édition Maréchal Niel, five products handcrafted at the Tiergarten in the same style – a delicate yellow rose pattern sprouts on the KURLAND to-go cup, the Cadre Vases 0, 1, and 2, and the Vide Poche. The rose, named after the French Marshall Niel, was one of Empress Auguste Victoria's favorite flowers – her future husband, Prince Wilhelm of Prussia, courted her with the rose. It also frequently appears in portraits of the Empress. As patron of the Association of Rose Friends, Auguste Victoria is one of the most passionate lovers of this flower species.

Reason enough for the KPM master painter to transfer the rose onto porcelain with delicate brushstrokes . The interplay between the rose painting and details in 24-carat burnished gold lends the edition a fresh elegance. The Édition Maréchal Niel comes in a limited edition and is individually numbered.
